Welcome to Oushod Khabo. By downloading, installing, or using the Oushod Khabo mobile application or our website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately uninstall the app and cease using our services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will notify you of modifications by posting the updated terms within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To access key features of the application, you must register and create a secure profile. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and security tokens.
• All actions and activities that occur under your user account and linked family profiles.

Always consult with a registered physician, pharmacist, or clinical healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or altering your medication regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information read within the database.

While we strive to provide the most reliable alarm delivery engine using keep-alive systems and battery exemption overrides, you acknowledge that notification delivery depends on factors outside our direct control, including device hardware, third-party operating system versions, custom battery saver settings, internet connectivity, and hardware state.

You agree that Oushod Khabo is not liable for missed notifications, delayed alarms, or omissions. You must maintain a secondary, manual method of tracking critical medication timings. Relying solely on Oushod Khabo for critical medical care is done at your own risk.

The Service, including its logo, UI components, code, graphics, branding, text, database structure, and assets, is the exclusive property of Oushod Khabo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws of Bangladesh and international treaties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or sell any part of our intellectual property.

Your registration, family profiling, and schedule synchronization are governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the storage, secure transmission, and encryption of your data as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to make our database and synchronization servers available 24/7. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate server access for routine maintenance, security upgrades, database modifications, or force majeure events without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Oushod Khabo, its founders, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, medical complications, personal injury, health degradation, loss of data, loss of business, or server downtime) however caused, arising in any way out of the use of or inability to use this Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block access to our servers at our sole discretion, without warning or liability, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our systems, or third parties.
